Terms and Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation
   All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after full payment or deposit is received.

2. Check-in & Check-out
   Check-in time is from 2:00 PM onwards, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request and subject to additional charges.

3. Cancellation Policy
   Cancellations made 7 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus any processing fees. Cancellations within 7 days may be subject to partial or no refund.

4. Security Deposit
   A refundable security deposit may be required at check-in to cover any damages or extra cleaning.

5. Occupancy Limits
   Maximum occupancy is limited to the number of guests specified at booking. Additional guests may incur extra charges.

6. Use of Property
   The bungalow is to be used only for residential or event purposes as agreed. No illegal activities or disturbances to neighbors are permitted.

7. Cleaning & Maintenance
   Daily cleaning is provided. Additional cleaning services are available for extra charges. Guests are responsible for maintaining reasonable cleanliness.

8. Damage & Liability
   Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Management is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property.

9. Pets
   Pets are not allowed unless explicitly agreed in advance.

10. Force Majeure
    We are not liable for cancellations or interruptions due to unforeseen events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
